QUARYAT ORGANIC is an EVOO made from the fruit harvested from centenary olive trees in the Santa Elisa Estate. This is a Picual single variety produced at 1200 metres above sea level that offers a core freshness enriched with thyme and rosemary fragrances. A special range that comes to symbolise how we feel about the sustainability of our local environment.
As providers of ecotourist services, this is also one leg of our tours on offer and visitors can wander in these groves that provide us such delicacy: a healthy, natural olive juice.
