A truly unpolluted atmosphere

The taste of Sierra Nevada

The secret of our extra virgin olive oil is visible to all, the peaks of Sierra Nevada Mountains preside over the Natural and National Park that bears its name. In the foothills of the same, between 1,000 and 1,300 meters of altitude, the light and mountain air create special conditions unique in the world that are transmitted to the olive fruit. Combining traditional wisdom and the most advanced technologies the quality of the oil is guaranteed with a system of cultivation and production that is sustainable with the environment, backed by the certifications of Organic and Integrated Production in addition to being certified as a natural product of the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada and belong to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism.

The family farm of 130 hectares of olive groves, almond trees, poplars and cereals that make up this little treasure that awaits us 15 minutes from Granada is a Journey of Essences. An important part of our work consists of taking care of our fields and olive groves so that they maintain the biodiversity of the Sierra Nevada Natural Area. The real oil factory is in the branches of these olive groves, since it is their fruits that offer us the juice that will later be obtained in a totally natural way and preserving its properties: extra virgin and authentic. Since at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, with unsurpassed views, you can taste these olive juices that the land gives us with unique aroma and flavour.
