Aroma: Medium to robust EVOO with a diverse range of green fruit tones. Tomato plant, soft-shell almonds, green apple are conspicuous but also present are olive leaf, fresh grass and banana.
Taste: Sweet at first, the mild astringency surprises the palate. There are noticeable green apple and banana hints mixed with more subtle walnut and apple traces. A clean and increasing peppery sensation and a medium level of pungency complete the attributes of our Blend.
Culinary uses: Apply liberally to your gazpachos, cold summer soups and green salads for fascinating results, or use it in oily fish and rice dishes, legumes or pasta. A heavenly pairing for your strong cheeses.
