Aroma: Overall a mildly intense EVOO, fresh green herbs and nuttiness define the product on the nose but conspicuous as well are the banana and almond.
Taste: Noticeably sweet, the apple, banana and almond are gracefully followed by a light bitter and light peppery after taste.
Culinary uses: A classy addition to your desserts and light sauces as well as marinated in whitefish dishes. We favour using it for tomato and white asparagus salad or paired with a range of soft, mild cheeses.
