The character of Quaryat oils is heavily influenced by the privileged surroundings. Our fruit grows organically, sustainably and in harmony with the natural surroundings.
At 1000 metres above sea level, in the Sierra Nevada Nature Reserve, the fruit develops its distinctive features. Its smell, taste and nutritional qualities are unique in the world.
We grow four main varieties of olives in our groves. After careful and meticulous handling and processing – all environmentally friendly- we obtain the different oils in our Quaryat range.
